Conversion to MicroStation V8 / XM

Course Description:

For the existing CAD user wishing to transition to MicroStation, this course builds a solid foundation in the concepts, tools, and features found in the MicroStation drawing environment. Starting with setting up a drawing and concluding with plotting, the participant is walked through a typical workflow using the tools and features of the latest version of MicroStation.

Interspersed throughout are real-world design problems solved using the concepts learned to the point in the course. Various disciplines are represented in the form of hands-on exercises. Course participants will learn to create, organize, view, modify, annotate, and plot drawings in a 2-D environment.

You will gain a solid understanding of MicroStation. The ability to create and edit 2D designs using established design standards in a production environment.
